Kutná Hora Winery is the only Demeter-certified winery in the Czech Republic. Every bottle of wine produced is biodynamic, with no added yeast or sulphites. The winery is the second largest in the country and founded in 2002 by Stanislav Rudolfský. Kutná Hora Winery is located in the wine sub-region Mĕlnik | Bohemia.

The current winemaker is Lukáš Rudolfský, son of the founder. He is a published author and also manages the company.

This “orange” wine is 100% Pinot Gris. The grapes were macerated for 2 months in open containers, then matured in Kvevri (clay urns).
