The name of this top shelf vermouth translates to “Seven Rosé”. The vermouth was created using mature rosé, wine must, noble wine distillate and seven organically grown herbs. It is a collaboration between Jan Stávek and two bartenders from the Czech Republic’s Bar of the Year 2019, Brno-based “Bar Který Neexistuje”, whose name literally translates to “the bar that does not exist.”
